Underage Gambling: If jeetbazz determines that a Player is or was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any time during their use of the Platform, the Account will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use may be void.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbazz username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify jeetbazz of any suspected unauthorised access.

jeetbazz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable AML regulations. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to jeetbazz's satisfaction.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jeetbazz reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive Accounts after the 12-month period has elapsed, up to the total remaining balance. Deposits from payment accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder are strictly prohibited. jeetbazz will return funds received from third-party payment sources and may suspend the Account pending investigation.
All bets placed on the jeetbazz Platform are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when jeetbazz issues a bet confirmation reference number. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details before confirming placement. jeetbazz does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except as provided under these Terms.
Odds displayed on the jeetbazz Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted. jeetbazz reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were posted in error, whether due to technical fault or human error.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not resumed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket matches specifically — including PSL, ICC, and bilateral series — DLS-affected results will be treated as official results where the relevant governing body recognises them.
jeetbazz applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport, market, and bet type and are displayed in the relevant betting rules section. jeetbazz reserves the right to reduce these limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
jeetbazz monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or coordinated suspicious betting. Where such activity is identified, jeetbazz reserves the right to void affected bets, withhold winnings pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities.
The jeetbazz Casino offers live dealer games, slot titles, and virtual games provided by third-party software suppliers. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change without prior notice.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games available on jeetbazz are certified by independent testing laboratories. Certification verifies that game outcomes are statistically random and that published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate. Live casino games are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game as communicated by the live dealer or displayed on screen. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements, eligible game contributions, and expiry timelines are specified on each promotion page. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that do not contribute to the Wagering Requirement will not count toward its completion.

Points accumulation, tier progression, and reward redemption are governed by the Loyalty Program terms available on the dedicated Loyalty Program page. jeetbazz reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program with 30 days' notice to affected Players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbazz shall not be liable for:
jeetbazz's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jeetbazz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
jeetbazz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jeetbazz determines at its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if suspension is required for security, compliance, or regulatory reasons.
You may request closure of your jeetbazz Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable fees) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and no outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jeetbazz holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
jeetbazz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jeetbazz will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jeetbazz Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
